Born in a town halfway between Venice and Padua, I graduated in Marketing and Communication at Ca’ Foscari University in 2014.

In 2015 I started my first post-grad internship at AKQA. This is where I discovered that working in communication was my thing. From the very beginning, I loved dealing with multiple projects at the same time, juggling different platforms, different clients and different brands.

You know what they say: you can be a big fish in a little pond, or a small fish in the sea. I didn’t care about any of that, all I really wanted was to swim as fast as I could, so I went to the widest sea the Italian job market had to offer. I moved to Milan and started working for some of the biggest communication agencies in the business.

Back in my day, there were accounts, social media managers, planners, and then there were the creatives. It was extremely uncommon to see someone who was able to deal with clients, manage projects and social channels, but also develop concepts, write copy, come up with ideas. I was told to choose between being an account or a copy, to take a sabbatical and study copywriting, I had to gain respect and validation for my work one project at time.

Now, after ten years in the business, being both creative and strategic is my strongest suit. Over time, I had the possibility to develop a 360° degree expertise in content creation and management. You can be a fish of any size, or you can be a mermaid and turn your duality into something magical. That’s why I finally decided to take the plunge and go freelance.
